Meet Nathaniel Offenheiser. It all began when Nathaniel pointed out one too many starfish on the page. That incident was the first cause for concern by his parents. After many appointments and tests, it was discovered that the young boy had brain cancer. Since his diagnosis, his family has given up their home, their jobs, and much more in the hopes of pursuing the best possible treatment for their son. They traveled to Houston, where a radiation treatment is available. Nate has been a superhero since diagnosis – astounding doctors, family, and friends left and right.
